Ross Legal Search is the only Nevada member of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants and adheres to the NALSC Code of Ethics in all its relations with both Clients and Candidates. What does this mean in practical terms?

Firstly, this is your assurance that you are dealing with a focused professional concentrating on the legal industry, concentrating on attorneys and concentrating on permanent placement. We do not practice in other industries except to service in house legal departments, we do not place clerical, paralegal or managerial personnel and we do not make contract placements. We place attorneys. Period.

It also means that you may count on the highest standards of confidentiality. Clients will not have confidential business information, the fact they are seeking new attorneys or knowledge that they are engaged in merger discussions released without their consent. Clients may approach attorneys or practice groups anonymously to inquire if there is any interest level from prospective Candidates. Clients will also never have a resume submitted without their prior consent.

Candidates in turn, may be assured that any information they submit is confidential and will not be submitted to any prospective employer without their explicit consent on a case by case basis. They may explore certain employment possibilities anonymously while keeping the very existence of their search unknown.

Both Clients and Candidates may also be assured that Ross Legal Search will not discriminate in the provision of services on the basis of race, creed, color, national origin, religion, sex, marital status, handicap, age, gender orientation or any other legally proscribed criteria.

Any ethical complaint against any NALSC member may be submitted to the Association and investigated by the NALSC Ethics Committee.
