Jordan Ross is the firm’s
Principal. From 2001 to 2005 he was a Vice-President with John Kurosky &
Associates, a legal search firm in IrvineCA. In 2002 he began to focus his
recruiting on Nevada
and moved here in 2003. In 2005 he began his own practice in Nevada as Principal of Ross Legal Search,
LLC. He is the only Nevada
member of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants and is an
Associate Member of the Clark County Bar Association and Washoe County Bar
Association.
In 2006 he authored the article "M&A in the Nevada Legal Market -
What's Really Happening?' for the November 2006 issue of the Communiqué, the
Journal of the Clark County Bar Association. In the May 9th, 2008 issue of the
legal blog Wild Wild West he was interviewed on the topic of lateral moves for
attorneys. Since 2007 he has addressed the students of Boyd
Law School at the University of Nevada at Las
Vegas each autumn on the topic "The New Attorney
In A Free Market or Welcome To The Shark Pool - What Your Law School
Professors, The Career Office and Even Law Firms Won't Tell You". In 2009
he authored the article " Exit Strategies for Attorneys – Maximizing Your
Portfolio Before Retirement' for the February 2009 issue of the Communiqué, the
Journal of the Clark County Bar Association.
