Associate Opportunities in Las Vegas - All positions require recent law firm experience. In House or Public Sector experience cannot be substituted.

LITIGATION - COMMERCIAL BANKRUPTCY

5-7 years. Commercial creditor bankruptcy as well as related commercial litigation experience only. NV admission is required; the client cannot consider relocation candidates. Trial experience is also required.

LITIGATION - GENERAL COMMERCIAL

4-6 years. Commercial litigation experience only. NV admission is not required; out of state candidates are welcome and relocation and bar exam expenses will be paid for. This client will insist on strong academic credentials and a demonstrated track record of excellent writing skills.

SENIOR LITIGATION - LABOR & EMPLOYMENT

5-12 years. Commercial litigation experience only. NV admission is not required; out of state candidates who are outstanding will be considered.
